The production steps

To supply high-quality, hygienic and reliable flexible packaging, the partner production site masters the entire process in-house, from raw material to finished product, with a latest-generation machine park. Its infrastructure, capacity and experienced team make it possible to carry out the most demanding projects.

Graphic design and pre-press
An in-house design team handles complete file creation and minor retouching, with the latest versions of Adobe Illustrator, according to customer needs.

Extrusion (film production)
Technology: multi-layer (coextrusion) and mono-layer extruders. Capacity: high-barrier films up to 3 layers. Why it matters: producing our own films guarantees consistent material quality and reliable delivery times, and makes it possible to manufacture films for specific uses such as detergents, wet wipes, nappies or heavy-duty mailing bags.

Printing
Technology: latest-generation flexographic printing machines and central-impression flexo presses. Capacity: up to 8 colours, maximum web width 1,600 mm. Why it matters: vivid, consistent, high-definition printing that makes your brand stand out on the shelf, for small and large runs alike.

Lamination
Technology: solvent-based and solvent-free laminators. Capacity: web width up to 1,500 mm on both machines. Why it matters: excellent adhesion and strong protection, ideal for high-barrier packaging such as tea, coffee, retort pouches and medical products.

Slitting
Technology: slitter rewinders. Capacity: widths from a maximum of 1,550 mm down to 50 mm; speed up to 700 m/min, reducible to 5 m/min for delicate materials. Why it matters: millimetre precision, essential for accurate packaging and smooth running of your machines.

Cutting and sealing
Mailing bags and side-seal bags: high-volume production. Custom cutting: micro-perforation units and pre-cut lines for perforated, hook or easy-open packaging. Stand-up (doypack), quadro and flat-bottom pouches, with valve on request.

Organisation

Organisation and quality monitoring

The production site keeps several tonnes of raw material in stock for its customers in order to ensure fast and efficient deliveries.
The production site records quality and production data at every stage in order to pursue continuous improvement.
All production waste is recycled.
